Das Upgrade schaut genauer auf Deine Nacht. Die KI z\u00e4hlt die Atemaussetzer, sch\u00e4tzt, wie viele es pro Stunde sind, und ordnet das Ergebnis als minimal, gelegentlich oder h\u00e4ufig ein. Ablesen kannst Du das in der Samsung-Health-Monitor-App auf Deinem Smartphone. Samsung sagt von sich, der erste Hersteller zu sein, der eine Schlafapnoe-Risikoerkennung in einem Smart Ring anbietet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am besten denkst Du an einen Rauchmelder: Er schl\u00e4gt Alarm, wenn etwas nicht stimmen k\u00f6nnte, und die Feuerwehr kl\u00e4rt, was wirklich los ist. So funktioniert auch die Samsung-Funktion. Sie richtet sich an Erwachsene, bei denen Schlafapnoe noch nicht diagnostiziert wurde, liefert keine Diagnose und ist kein Anlass, Deine Medikamente selbst anzupassen. Bekommst Du eine Meldung, ist die Hausarztpraxis der logische n\u00e4chste Schritt, denn von dort kannst Du f\u00fcr eine Untersuchung im Schlaflabor \u00fcberwiesen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zwei N\u00e4chte tragen innerhalb von zehn Tagen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Ergebnis nach einer einzigen Nacht bekommst Du nicht. Die Funktion braucht zwei N\u00e4chte mit g\u00fcltigen Messdaten innerhalb von zehn Tagen, und pro Nacht m\u00fcssen mindestens f\u00fcnf Stunden Schlaf erfasst sein. Wer eine Uhr tr\u00e4gt, sollte sie also auch im Bett am Handgelenk lassen und tags\u00fcber laden, zum Beispiel beim Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, damit die Messn\u00e4chte nicht scheitern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Welche Samsung-Wearables bekommen das Upgrade?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Galaxy Ring bekommt die neue Version, ebenso die <a href=\"\/blog\/galaxy-watch-9-ultra-2-offiziell-vorgestellt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Galaxy Watch 9<\/strong><\/a>, sofern darauf Wear OS 7 oder neuer l\u00e4uft. Die Galaxy Watch 7 und die <a href=\"\/p\/samsung-galaxy-watch8-lte-sm-l335-44-mm-1-5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Galaxy Watch8<\/strong><\/a> folgen mit einem sp\u00e4teren Software-Update. \u00c4ltere Modelle ab der Galaxy Watch4 behalten die bisherige Ja-oder-Nein-Erkennung. Samsung baut Health rund um den Schlaf ohnehin weiter aus: Im vergangenen Monat wurde schon der <a href=\"\/blog\/samsung-health-update-galaxy-watch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Schlafcoach<\/strong><\/a> deutlich einfacher im Einstieg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Galaxy Ring Schlafapnoe in Deutschland: Was bedeutet das f\u00fcr Dich?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die verbesserte Version ist hierzulande noch nicht zugelassen. Samsung rechnet damit, dass die bisherigen Zulassungen den Weg f\u00fcr gr\u00fcnes Licht in Europa ebnen, nennt aber kein Datum. Vorerst funktioniert in Europa nur die Basis-Erkennung, die Ja oder Nein meldet. Auf der Galaxy Watch ist sie seit 2025 mit CE-Kennzeichnung verf\u00fcgbar, und Deutschland steht auf der Liste der L\u00e4nder, in denen sie freigeschaltet ist. Daf\u00fcr brauchst Du eine Galaxy Watch4 oder neuer mit Wear OS 5 oder h\u00f6her, gekoppelt mit einem Samsung-Galaxy-Smartphone. Die Galaxy Watch8 erf\u00fcllt diese Voraussetzungen und bringt die Basis-Erkennung damit schon heute mit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samsung ist nicht der einzige Hersteller, der Schlaf und Atmung mit einem Wearable erfasst. Google geht einen etwas anderen Weg, mit <a href=\"\/blog\/google-pixel-watch-blutdruck-trends-neue-gesundheitsfunktionen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Gesundheitstrends<\/strong><\/a>, die auf Muster wie Schlafapnoe hinweisen k\u00f6nnen, aber ausdr\u00fccklich keine Diagnose stellen. Auch dort gilt also: Das Wearable meldet sich, die \u00c4rztin oder der Arzt entscheidet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Schlafapnoe erkennen, ohne auf Europa zu warten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer nicht auf das Upgrade warten m\u00f6chte, hat schon jetzt Optionen im tink-Sortiment. Die Basis-Erkennung l\u00e4uft hierzulande bereits auf Samsung-Uhren wie der Galaxy Watch8.
