Meistens steckt aber eine simple Ursache dahinter, und in den meisten F\u00e4llen hast Du es in ein paar Minuten selbst behoben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei tink tauchen immer wieder dieselben Beschwerden auf: Der Fingerabdruck wird nicht erkannt, das Keypad verbindet sich nicht mit dem Schloss, es h\u00e4ngt sich auf oder die Batterien sind scheinbar schneller leer als erwartet. Nach einem fehlgeschlagenen Versuch blinkt es ein paar Mal kurz, und die Anzahl verr\u00e4t Dir die Ursache. Dann ist das Keypad im Wartungsmodus. Das passiert beim Koppeln und nach einem Reset, Du musst Dir also keine Sorgen machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dein Fingerabdruck wird nicht erkannt<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das kommt oft vor, und meistens liegt es am Finger und nicht am Sensor. Wie beim Display Deines Handys klappt es schlecht mit nassen oder schmutzigen Fingern. Auch sehr kleine Finger und schwache Abdr\u00fccke f\u00fchren \u00f6fter zu Fehlversuchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 1: Z\u00e4hl das Blinken.<\/strong> Einmal kurz bedeutet, dass der Fingerabdruck nicht gescannt oder erkannt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 2: Nimm zwischendurch Deinen PIN-Code.<\/strong> Der \u00f6ffnet die T\u00fcr auch dann, wenn der Fingerabdruck nicht klappt. Du kommst also rein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 3: Wisch Deinen Finger sauber und trocken.<\/strong> Schon ein bisschen Feuchtigkeit reicht, damit der Scan scheitert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 4: Lerne den Fingerabdruck neu an.<\/strong> L\u00f6sche ihn in der Nuki App bei den Berechtigungen Deines Smart Locks und leg ihn neu an. Du scannst Deinen Finger mehrmals. Nach jedem erfolgreichen Scan kommt eine LED dazu, und wenn alle sechs leuchten, bist Du fertig. Blinkt das Keypad zwischendurch, war der Scan nicht erfolgreich, und Du versuchst es noch einmal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Tipp: Lerne den Finger so an, wie Du ihn sp\u00e4ter wirklich benutzt, und speichere einen zweiten Finger als Reserve. Erkennt der Sensor auch nach einem Reset nichts mehr, liegt es wahrscheinlich am Keypad selbst (mehr dazu im letzten Abschnitt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Das Keypad verbindet sich nicht mit Deinem Smart Lock<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zweimal Blinken nach einem Versuch oder eine Meldung, dass das Koppeln fehlgeschlagen ist (manche sehen dabei den Fehlercode 506)? Dann ist die <a href=\"\/l\/ratgeber-und-inspiration\/smart-home-protokolle\/bluetooth\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Bluetooth<\/strong><\/a>-Verbindung zwischen Keypad und Smart Lock abgerissen. Dein WLAN spielt dabei keine Rolle, denn das Keypad spricht direkt mit Deinem Schloss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 1: Pr\u00fcfe die Entfernung.<\/strong> Die Reichweite liegt bei 5 bis 10 Metern, und eine Betonwand oder Metallt\u00fcr dazwischen verk\u00fcrzt sie deutlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 2: Setze neue Batterien ein,<\/strong> auch wenn die App noch genug Ladung anzeigt. Dann kannst Du die Stromversorgung zumindest abhaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 3: Aktualisiere die Nuki App und das Keypad.<\/strong> <a href=\"\/b\/nuki\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Nuki<\/strong><\/a> verbessert die Bluetooth-Verbindung regelm\u00e4\u00dfig per Firmware-Update. Steht eines bereit, installierst Du es \u00fcber die App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 4: Setze das Keypad zur\u00fcck und koppele es neu.<\/strong> Das startest Du in der Nuki App bei den Keypad-Einstellungen Deines Smart Locks, und die App f\u00fchrt Dich Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt durch. Beachte, dass dabei alles auf dem Keypad gel\u00f6scht wird, Deine Fingerabdr\u00fccke legst Du also neu an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gut zu wissen: Ein Smart Lock kann immer nur mit einem Keypad gekoppelt sein. Koppelst Du ein neues, f\u00e4llt das alte weg. Bestehende Codes kannst Du \u00fcbernehmen, Fingerabdr\u00fccke nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reagieren die LEDs, aber das Koppeln klappt auch nach einem Reset nicht? Dann liegt es sehr wahrscheinlich am Keypad selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Das Keypad reagiert auf nichts mehr<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Manchmal tut das Keypad pl\u00f6tzlich gar nichts mehr. Die LEDs laufen im Kreis oder Eingaben kommen nicht an, obwohl sich das Schloss per Smartphone ganz normal steuern l\u00e4sst. Meistens ist das ein H\u00e4nger, und ein Neustart hilft. Nimm die Batterien heraus, warte kurz und setze vier neue ein (immer alle vier auf einmal). Schau danach in der Nuki App, ob ein Update bereitsteht. Hilft das nicht, setzt Du das Keypad zur\u00fcck und koppelst es neu, so wie oben beschrieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ngt es alle paar Wochen wieder, auch nach einem Reset? Dann liegt es nicht mehr an einer Einstellung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Batterien: Wie lange halten sie und wie wechselst Du sie?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Karton liegen vier AAA-Alkali-Batterien mit 1,5 Volt. Die halten durchschnittlich ein Jahr oder l\u00e4nger. Die Nuki App meldet sich, sobald die Ladung unter 20 Prozent f\u00e4llt, und den Stand siehst Du auch in den Keypad-Einstellungen Deines Smart Locks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 1: Nimm das Keypad von der Montageplatte.<\/strong> Greif es an den Seiten, schieb es nach oben und zieh es ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 2: \u00d6ffne das Batteriefach.<\/strong> Dr\u00fcck den Riegel unten auf der R\u00fcckseite, zieh die Abdeckung heraus und schieb sie nach unten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 3: Setze vier neue Batterien ein.<\/strong> Achte auf Plus und Minus, die sind im Fach markiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tausche immer alle vier auf einmal und nimm leere Batterien sofort heraus. Siehst Du Ablagerungen oder Feuchtigkeit im Batteriefach? Dann stimmt vermutlich etwas mit dem Keypad nicht, und Du meldest Dich besser bei uns, statt immer neue Batterien auszuprobieren. Das Keypad ist spritzwassergesch\u00fctzt (IP54), h\u00e4ngt aber besser nicht dort, wo der ganze Regen draufprasselt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was Du vom Keypad 2 erwarten kannst und was nicht<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Keypad 2 ist eine Erweiterung und kein eigenes Schloss. Es funktioniert mit dem Nuki Smart Lock ab Smart Lock 2.0 und mit dem Nuki Opener, und pro Schloss koppelst Du eines. Du brauchst noch ein Schloss? Das findest Du bei den <a href=\"\/c\/sicherheit\/zutrittskontrolle\/smarte-tuerschloesser\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>smarten T\u00fcrschl\u00f6ssern<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Fingerabdruck ist praktisch, aber nicht unfehlbar. Nasse oder schmutzige Finger, sehr kleine Finger und schwache Abdr\u00fccke werden schlechter erkannt. Behalte deshalb immer Deinen PIN-Code als Absicherung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Keypad funktioniert im Umkreis von 5 bis 10 Metern um Dein Schloss, je nachdem, was dazwischen liegt, und ist f\u00fcr Temperaturen von minus 20 bis plus 70 Grad gebaut. Ein kalter Wintermorgen ist also kein Problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Willst Du die T\u00fcr lieber per Smartphone oder Apple Watch antippen? Nenne Deine Bestellnummer und schreib dazu, was Du schon probiert hast, dann k\u00f6nnen wir sofort mitdenken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macht das Schloss selbst \u00c4rger, etwa weil es sich nicht kalibrieren l\u00e4sst?
